According to Minister Nguyen Kim Son, going beyond the framework of a mere professional award, the award has created a prestigious forum on education, with a wide influence. This is not only a place to gather journalists who love, understand, and are passionate about the education sector, but also a vivid proof of the press's companionship, supervision, and creation in the development of education and training that the sector is deploying and implementing...

"Each article and reportage does not only reflect but also shares and contributes to building trust and social support for education and training; thereby, the press affirms its role as a companion, a profound critic and a "midwife" for the industry's innovations, helping education policies to be more closely linked to reality, while ensuring that the voices of teachers and students are fully heard and understood," Minister Nguyen Kim Son emphasized.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Chairman of the Final Jury, assessed that the National Press Award "For the Cause of Vietnam Education" 2025 continued to be a successful season, demonstrating the deep interest of the press in the field of education.

Although the national press is in the process of streamlining and restructuring, the number of press agencies and journalists has decreased, but the number of entries this year is still maintained at a high level. Not only the major editorial offices in the Central, but many local press agencies also actively responded, including units that previously had little participation. This shows the strong influence and enthusiastic response of the press team to the topic of education - a field close to and closely connected with social life.

The award aims to honor authors with excellent press and television works on education and training in the country and to honor typical collectives and individuals with many contributions to the cause of educating people. Thereby, promoting and honoring the contributions of the education sector to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
