The contest is for cadres, youth union members in the unit and solidarity organizations in the area. Colonel Cao Xuan Quan, Deputy Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3 Command, attended and chaired the ceremony.
The contest took place on the MyAloha platform, with the participation of 12 organizations inside and outside the unit. The serious and synchronous implementation created a vibrant legal learning movement, spreading widely in the force.

The contest attracted 4,241 registrations out of a total of 4,938 qualified people, reaching a rate of 85.88%. The total number of entries reached 9,651, clearly reflecting the spirit of serious learning and determination to deeply study the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard and related documents. Notably, 139 contestants answered 30/30 questions correctly.
From the scoring results, the Organizing Committee proposed that the Head of the Regional Command award certificates of merit to two groups including Phu Thanh Ward Youth Union and Navy Division 32 Youth Union; and reward six individuals with outstanding achievements.
