Awarding scholarships to students with special and difficult circumstances in Ly Nhan commune

On the morning of November 12, at the hall of the People's Committee of Ly Nhan commune, the Department of Population and Children of Ninh Binh province coordinated with the People's Committee of Ly Nhan commune to award scholarships to 30 students with special and difficult circumstances in the commune.

At the ceremony, 30 students with special and difficult circumstances received scholarships from the Vietnam Children's Fund, each worth 1 million VND. This is an activity with profound humanitarian meaning, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support", "helping each other"; demonstrating the concern and sharing of society for the future generations of the country.
