"The Party and State have always paid special attention to the people's healthcare through the provision and support of health insurance cards for policy beneficiaries, poor and near-poor households. For those who are not yet eligible for support, we hope that people will proactively participate in purchasing health insurance to ensure their right to healthcare, prevent risks, and reduce the financial burden when they are sick or ill," Mr. Trinh Trung Kien emphasized.
