Giving many gifts to people affected by floods

DNO - On the morning of November 12, the Association of Enterprises - Creative Startups of Tam Ky ward organized a gift giving ceremony for households affected by floods in Tra Tap commune.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Ky ward, the Association of Creative Enterprises - Startups of the ward mobilized members, businesses and philanthropists to contribute funds to support people of Tra Tap commune - a twin commune of Tam Ky ward.

Accordingly, the association awarded 67 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to households severely affected by the recent floods. (PHAN VINH)

* Responding to the emulation campaign "30 days of action - Da Nang women join hands for the community", on the morning of November 12, the Women's Union of Go Noi commune coordinated to give gifts to people affected by floods.

The Organizing Committee presented 100 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to 100 poor, near-poor, and especially disadvantaged households and women members of the commune.

The cost of the gift was supported by the Women's Union of Go Noi commune, mobilized by singer Trinh Thanh Thao, the Charitable Art Business Club and the Ho Chi Minh City singing group. (CONG TU)

* On the same day, a working delegation from the Social Policy Bank Branch of Da Nang City visited and presented 20 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) to households in Arec village, Avuong commune, which suffered heavy damage after the recent floods.

Previously, Avuong commune received many support gifts from organizations and philanthropists, contributing to the locality to overcome difficulties after the flood. (DANG NGUYEN - HIEN THUY)

* On November 11, a working delegation from the Social Policy Bank Branch of Da Nang City came to present 27 gifts to people who suffered heavy losses after the recent floods in Que Phuoc and Nong Son communes. Each gift included food, necessities and 500,000 VND in cash. (MINH THONG)
