
Mr. Cao Van Chong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City and Head of the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to athletes with high achievements.
The 39th National Road and Mountain Bike Championship takes place from July 28 to August 7, 2025. Accordingly, the road bike event will be held on the roads of Binh Duong , Hoa Loi, Ben Cat, Tan Uyen wards and Bau Bang, Phu Giao, Bac Tan Uyen communes; the mountain bike event will be held in the Nui Cau area, Dau Tieng commune. This is the first time Dau Tieng has been chosen as the venue for the tournament.
The mountain bike event was held from August 4 to August 7, 2025. After two days of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the athletes who achieved the following results: Women's Individual Time Trial Cross Country: first place Dinh Thi Nhu Quynh, second place Ca Thi Thom, third place Le Thi Huyen. Men's Individual Time Trial Cross Country: first place Chao Ong Lu Phim, second place Bui Van Nhat, third place Pham Van Dat.

The Organizing Committee representative awarded medals to the athletes who achieved results in the Women's Team Downhill event.
Women's Individual Cross Country Olympic content: first place Dinh Thi Nhu Quynh, second place Ca Thi Thom, third place Tran Thi Mai. Men's Individual Cross Country Olympic content: first place Bui Van Nhat, second place Ly Do Xe, third place Nguyen Thai Nhat Anh.
In the Women's Individual Downhill category: first place Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang, second place Quang Thi Soan, third place Tran Thi Mai. In the Men's Individual Downhill category: first place Tong Thanh Tuyen, second place Bui Anh Vu, third place Pham Quang Ha. In the Olympic Cross Country category, the Men's Team prizes went to Phu Tho, Lao Cai and An Giang respectively. The Women's Team prizes went to Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City 2 and An Giang respectively.

The organizing committee awarded medals to athletes who achieved results in the Men's Individual Olympic Cross Country Event.
On August 6 and 7, athletes will compete in the remaining events: XCE Qualifying Round and XCE Live Round; Open XCC Women's Competition and Open XCC Men's Competition.
According to the Organizing Committee, the Tournament attracted more than 250 athletes from 12 provinces and cities with strong cycling movements across the country such as: Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Son La, An Giang, Vinh Long, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Army, Ho Chi Minh City 1 and Ho Chi Minh City 2 (athletes are currently managed by the Binh Duong Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center).
Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City Cao Van Chong emphasized that this year's tournament is not only a condition for athletes to compete, practice and improve their professional skills, but also a stepping stone to prepare forces for the 10th National Sports Congress in 2026. Notably, the tournament is also considered a prerequisite step, ensuring that the hosting work takes place methodically, effectively and in the right professional direction, contributing to affirming the capacity to organize and develop the local sports movement.
