Returning lost property to its owners - Multiplying the joy of the year-end

In the days leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), the police of Phu My Bac commune (Gia Lai province) returned property worth approximately 40 million VND to two local residents who had lost it, thereby spreading a beautiful image of honesty and compassion within the community.

Earlier, Ms. Tran Thi Giau (from Van An village) found a handbag containing 30 million VND in cash and personal documents and quickly brought it to the commune police station to report it and find the owner to return it.

On the same day, Mr. Bui Van Ut (a local resident) also handed over 57 packages worth approximately 10 million VND that he had found on the roadside.

After verification, the police returned all the property to Ms. Hoang Thi Hien (residing in Ho Chi Minh City) and Mr. Dang Tan Phi (residing in Tan Phu village, Phu My Bac commune).

Receiving their belongings back in the final days of the year, the owners expressed their gratitude and deep thanks to the finders and the authorities.

The responsible and beautifying efforts of the local people have contributed to multiplying the joy and warmth of the Lunar New Year celebrations.
