On the morning of December 1, the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Party Executive Committee; report on the socio-economic situation in 2024, solutions to accelerate socio-economic development in 2025 and remove institutional bottlenecks and bottlenecks in a direct and online format at 14,535 points nationwide with over 1.3 million delegates attending.

Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee headquarters were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and mass organizations of the province. The conference was connected to 268 connecting points throughout the province with over 20,400 delegates, cadres and party members attending.
At the conference, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee, conveyed the main and key contents in summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently". Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly, conveyed the topic "Solutions to remove institutional bottlenecks and bottlenecks". Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister, conveyed the topic " Socio -economic situation in 2024; solutions to accelerate socio-economic development in 2025". Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, guided the propaganda work to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.

Through the conference, the Party Committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, cadres and Party members will grasp the main and key contents in the implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; socio-economic report in 2024, solutions to accelerate socio-economic development in 2025 and remove institutional bottlenecks and bottlenecks. On that basis, Party Committees at all levels, departments, branches and localities will continue to disseminate, propagate and implement the contents of the conference in localities, agencies and units to ensure a systematic and scientific manner, creating unity within the Party and consensus among the people.
