From 7 a.m., cadres, civil servants, armed forces, militia, youth union and people of Thuong Bang La commune simultaneously mobilized to repair the traffic route from the commune center to Van Tien and Yen Hung villages.
With a road length of nearly 1km, the forces have driven more than 100 bamboo stakes, added nearly 20m³ of soil and rock to reinforce the landslide area of about 70m², and lowered the slope of the positive slope by about 20m³ of soil and rock.
In addition, more than 1 km of drainage ditches along the road were dredged cleanly, ensuring drainage when floods occur; potholes were also supplemented with dozens of blocks of graded stone to ensure traffic safety for people traveling along the road.
