In her opening speech, Nong Thi Bich Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary and Head of Steering Committee 35 of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: Raising awareness of the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation; deploying methods and skills to fight and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints, bad and toxic information on the Internet and social networks is of special importance, helping Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members clearly identify the plots and distorted arguments of hostile forces, thereby contributing to the good work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.
He suggested that after the training conference, delegates should grasp and apply the knowledge they have been equipped with to continue advising and innovating the content and methods of fighting to protect the Party's ideological foundation and effectively fight against erroneous, hostile viewpoints and toxic information.

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporters inform and propagate two topics: Awareness of the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting erroneous and hostile views in the new situation; guidance on skills to fight and refute erroneous and hostile views on the Internet and social networks.
The conference aims to improve the effectiveness of implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Politburo on "strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation". At the same time, raise awareness for Party committees, Party cells, Party members, and Force 35 under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation; equipping knowledge, methods, and skills to fight against erroneous and hostile views on the Internet and social networks, contributing to the good implementation of the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.
