On the afternoon of November 12, the People's Committee of Cam Xuyen commune held a conference to deploy the plan for 60 peak days of converting the lump-sum tax model to declaration for business households in the area. More than 300 business households with revenue from 200 - 500 million VND/year attended.

At the conference, local business households were informed of the following contents: Project 3389/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on converting tax management models and methods for business households when eliminating lump-sum tax; Decision 3352/QD-CT of the Tax Department on the plan "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households"; Decree 70/2025/ND-CP and instructions on using electronic invoices from cash registers connected to tax authorities...




Business households were also supported by tax officers to install eTax Mobile; step-by-step instructions on the electronic tax system to master the process of declaring, paying and managing taxes online. Along with that, representatives of banks, network operators, and software solution providers directly guided business households to use electronic accounts, software and applications to serve the process of declaring and paying taxes.

Cam Xuyen commune currently has 390 households that must convert from lump-sum tax to declaration method from January 1, 2026 (households with revenue from 200 million VND/year).

Cam Xuyen commune identified the 60-day peak period of converting from lump-sum tax to declaration as an important preparatory step to officially implement the regulation from January 1, 2026.
Previously (morning of November 12), Thanh Sen Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Tax Department 1 of Ha Tinh province to organize a conference to deploy Project 3389 of the Ministry of Finance and Decision 3352 on the 60-day peak plan to convert the model from lump-sum tax to declared tax for business households.

At the conference, local business households were informed about the content and roadmap for converting from lump-sum tax to tax declaration; at the same time, they were informed about changes in tax policy to ensure publicity, transparency and accuracy in budget collection, as well as protect the legitimate rights of taxpayers.

Tax officers at the first level provided specific instructions on each step of the electronic tax system, helping households master the process of declaring, paying and managing taxes online. In addition, representatives of banks, network operators and software companies also directly guided businesses on how to use electronic accounts, software and applications to support the process of declaring and paying taxes.

Currently, in Thanh Sen ward, there are more than 6,500 business households, of which about 2,300 households have revenue of over 200 million VND/year - one of the key areas for tax management.
Thanh Sen Ward identified the 60-day peak period as an important preparatory step for the conversion of the tax management model to take place synchronously and on schedule, creating convenience for both taxpayers and tax authorities in the coming time.
