Deploying the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026", supporting 200,000 union members

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) has just issued a Plan to organize the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" program online, aiming to bring opportunities to buy essential goods for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year 2025.

According to the plan, the program will take place from 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (ie from 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, At Ty year 2025) on the website https://chotet.congdoan.vn/ and the program's mobile application (on iOS and Android operating systems). Union members can choose to buy essential goods and consumer products at preferential prices, paying via electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) issued by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The beneficiaries include union members with excellent achievements in labor and production, actively participating in union activities, and union members with difficult circumstances and low income. It is expected that 200,000 workers will receive support of 500,000 VND/person to shop at the online "Union Tet Market".

The program is implemented in three steps.

Step 1: Issue e-vouchers to union members. Provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions, economic group unions and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor review and select eligible union members, make a list and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to issue e-vouchers linked to the registered phone number.

Step 2: Union members purchase goods and products. Union members use e-vouchers to purchase goods on the program's website or application during the event.

Step 3: Union members receive purchased goods and products according to the system's instructions. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor recommends that unions at all levels promote the program's objectives, significance and activities on local media and newspapers, and at the same time guide union members on how to participate and use e-vouchers safely and conveniently.

According to the instructions, units allocated support need to send a list of union members and union officials requesting support to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (via the Labor Relations Department and a soft copy to [email protected]) before November 15, 2025.

The program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" is a practical activity, demonstrating the concern of the trade union organization for the lives of workers, helping union members have a full, warm and more connected Tet season in the atmosphere of welcoming the new spring.
