Delegates attending at the City Party Committee bridge point

At the Central bridge point, there was Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet; at the Hue City Party Committee bridge point, there was member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Hoang Khanh Hung and leaders of relevant departments and branches attending.

The conference aims to disseminate and guide the implementation of new policies and guidelines of the Party and State in the field of science and education; at the same time, improve the capacity, methods, and skills of advising and implementing tasks for propaganda and mass mobilization cadres at all levels.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that this is a meaningful activity to widely implement the Party's resolutions in the field of science and education, contributing to strengthening unity of awareness, creating strong changes in leadership, direction and organization of implementation of science and education tasks in the entire political system.

Our Party always considers science and education an important field, playing a key role in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, as shown in its direction in the fields of: Education - training, science - technology, innovation, digital transformation, healthcare, population, sports, environment and society.

According to Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet, education and training are shifting strongly from “knowledge transfer” to “capacity development and creative thinking”; the national education system is being improved in an open and interconnected direction. Meanwhile, science, technology and innovation have become key driving forces for knowledge-based economic growth and national digital transformation.

Overview of the conference at the City Party Committee bridge

The health sector has made much progress, the quality of medical examination and treatment has been improved, many modern techniques have been mastered; digital transformation in health with electronic health records, remote medical examination and treatment and national pharmaceutical management are being effective. The universal health insurance policy is maintained and expanded, aiming at the goal of ensuring the health, physical fitness and stature of Vietnamese people.

Culture, sports, environment, population and society have made new developments; contributing to enriching people's spiritual life, creating a healthy social environment, and helping Vietnamese people develop more comprehensively.

Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that these results affirm the Party's correct guidelines, the close direction of the Central Committee and the efforts of the entire political system; at the same time, he requested the team of science and education officials to innovate content and methods, improve advisory, guidance and inspection capacity; promote the combined strength of the political system and pay special attention to building a solid team of science and education officials to meet the requirements of the new period.

Within the framework of the conference, delegates listened to three important thematic reports: Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung presented the topic "Requirements for breakthroughs in Science and Technology development, innovation, digital transformation to meet the new situation".

Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son presented the topic "Results of implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies on fundamental innovation in Education and Training; implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo".

Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan presented the topic "Results of implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies on people's health care, developing grassroots health care; tasks and solutions to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo".
