Exhibition of 40 photographic works in the film "Red Rain"

On the afternoon of July 17, in Hanoi, the People's Army Cinema organized the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "Red Rain - Gratitude from the Frame". This is an activity with political and artistic significance. The photo exhibition is also a sideline activity of the feature film project "Red Rain", produced by the People's Army Cinema.

The film “Red Rain” is a cinematic work recreating the 81-day and night battle to protect Quang Tri Citadel in 1972, where tens of thousands of soldiers fought and heroically sacrificed for the independence and unification of the Fatherland.

The photo exhibition introduces 40 photos taken during the making of the film, from the battlefield, behind the scenes to the vivid moments of the actors playing the role of soldiers in the past. Each photo is a slice of history, the crystallization of cinematic art and deep gratitude to the generations of fathers and brothers.

At the opening ceremony, the actors of the film “Red Rain” and many artists participating in the program expressed their pride in the glorious past of the previous generation. The film footage revived a time of fire and smoke, where the twenties became immortal, where every inch of land was soaked with blood and the spirit of sacrifice for the Fatherland.
