Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates visit the exhibition "Outstanding Achievements in Vietnam's Economic and Cultural Development".
The exhibition spaces profoundly reflect the national development orientation established by the 14th National Congress: economic development is the central task, focusing on developing the digital economy, green economy, circular economy, science and technology, and innovation as breakthrough drivers for development; social fields, education, health, and culture are given equal attention to economic growth, ensuring harmonious and sustainable development.
In particular, the exhibition space showcasing cultural achievements presents many typical and unique artifacts, reflecting the journey of Vietnamese culture's development from tradition to modernity, from tangible heritage to thought and artistic creation.
The exhibition also showcases many processes in the formation of Vietnam's revolutionary culture in the early 20th century. This is demonstrated through theoretical works such as "Outline of Culture," "Marxism and the Problem of Vietnamese Culture," and "Several Issues Concerning Art." It reflects the ideology of building a national, scientific, and popular culture – with people at the center, knowledge as the foundation, and culture as the driving force for development.

The entire exhibition space focuses on two main themes: Books expressing the Party's views and guidelines on the development of Vietnamese culture and people in the revolutionary process; and books about President Ho Chi Minh and other Party and State leaders, with a focus on Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on culture, arts, and cultural development guidelines.
