Pursuant to Decision No. 2516/QD-BVHTTDL dated July 21, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism approving the Plan for recruiting civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025; Decision No. 3181/QD-BVHTTDL dated September 4, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism establishing the Recruitment Council for Civil Servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Recruitment Council); Decision No. 3271/QD-BVHTTDL dated September 12, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism approving the list of candidates eligible to take the recruitment exam for civil servants of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025; The Recruitment Council announces the summons of qualified candidates to take part in Round 1 of the 2025 Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism civil servant recruitment exam, specifically as follows:
1. Total number of candidates eligible to take the 2025 civil service exam for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism : 820 candidates ( attached list ).

2. List of exam preparation materials: List of exam preparation materials for round 1 and round 2 (list_of_exam_materials_for_public_services_in_2025).
3. Time and place for exam procedures
a) Time : 13:30, September 26, 2025 (Friday).
b) Location : Auditorium of Academy of Public Administration and Management, 371 Nguyen Hoang Ton, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi .
c) Content : Organizing the opening ceremony of the exam; disseminating the Rules and Regulations; providing instructions on taking multiple-choice tests on computers, writing professional skills.
4. Time and location of the exam
a) Exam time:
- Round 1: Multiple choice test on computer, subject of general knowledge and ability test (Exam time 60 minutes).
Time: Starting from 08:00 on September 27, 2025 (Saturday).
Candidates who answer 50% or more of the questions correctly will be allowed to participate in round 2.
- Round 2: Written exam on professional skills (Exam duration 180 minutes, not including copying time).
Time: Starting from 08:00 on October 4, 2025 (Saturday).
Note: Candidates must be present in the examination room 30 minutes before the exam time.
b) Exam location: Academy of Public Administration and Management, Campus 2, No. 36 Xuan La Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
5. Exam fee: 300,000 VND/candidate.
Candidates pay the exam fee at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Room 205, 2nd floor, Building D, Finance Department, Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, address 51 Ngo Quyen Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi from September 15, 2025 to September 18, 2025. Candidates who do not pay the exam fee according to this Notice will not be allowed to take the exam.
6. The list of candidates eligible to take the 2025 civil service exam for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the list of reference documents are posted on the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Electronic Information Portal (bvhttdl.gov.vn) and the Electronic Culture Newspaper (baovanhoa.vn) .
Candidates are requested to gather at the above time and bring their Citizen Identification Card or one of the other legal identification documents with photo attached for the exam room supervisor to check when called into the exam room.
This notice is posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Electronic Culture Newspaper .
