Demonstration of strategic technology products Make in Vietnam

The 7th National Forum on Developing Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises with the theme "Journey to create Make in Vietnam, innovate digital manufacturing - Building a strong and prosperous digital Vietnam" will be held on December 25 at VinPalace Convention Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

The forum has a scale of more than 1,500 delegates, who are representatives of Party agencies, agencies of the National Assembly; Government leaders, leaders of ministries, branches and localities; representatives of domestic research and training organizations; representatives of associations in the fields of information technology, telecommunications technology, representatives of groups of digital technology enterprises Make in Vietnam; experts in the field of digital technology; economic and commercial organizations; representatives of associations/unions, multinational digital technology corporations; experts and representatives of foreign investors in Vietnam.

Speaking at the regular November press conference of the Ministry of Science and Technology on December 1, Mr. Truong Huu Chung - Head of Investment Promotion Department, Department of Information Technology Industry said that the organization of the forum aims to convey the major orientations of the Party and State on the development of digital technology industry, strategic industry, semiconductor industry and AI application according to Vietnam's approach.

The goal is to promote innovation, awaken Vietnam's intellectual creativity and connect the digital technology business community to form a strong ecosystem capable of leading national digital transformation.

The Forum is organized to implement the Prime Minister's Directive No. 1/2020 on promoting the development of Vietnamese digital technology enterprises. This is an annual activity of the Ministry of Science and Technology, organized since 2019.

This year's forum has some highlights such as displaying more than 50 typical Make in Vietnam digital technology products, demonstrating new technologies in strategic technology such as Robots, UAVs, AI... In addition, visitors can directly experience AI, UAV, IoT, digital data, and information security products.

At the Forum, attendees will look back at the journey of Make in Vietnam products in the period 2020 - 2025 as well as the development orientation in the period 2026 - 2030. The Minister of Science and Technology will award certificates of merit to organizations, businesses and individuals who have actively contributed to the implementation of this policy.

In addition to investment connection activities, the Make in Vietnam 2025 Digital Technology Product Awards Ceremony, which honors digital technology products researched, designed, created and manufactured in Vietnam, is also a notable event at the Forum.

The forum is expected to contribute to creating a strong digital technology business ecosystem, helping socio-economic sectors and fields master the digital transformation process, contributing to the prosperous development of Vietnam in the new era.
