Intermediate referee ensures impartiality at the 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament

To ensure absolute fairness and bring peace of mind to football teams from all over the country, the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament has decided to use a team of intermediate referees for all matches.

This was a strategic decision to remove any doubts about objectivity. The special thing is that the referees are only assigned to the task when the official matches are revealed, a strict process to maintain the highest level of impartiality.

The "judging team" at this tournament is a combination of prestigious referees from many provinces and the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HCMFC).

Notably, the tournament had the presence of referee Nguyen Thanh Phuong (Khanh Hoa), referee Tran Van Khoe ( An Giang ), referee Tran Ngoc Nho (Dong Thap), and referee Hoang Quy Nguyen (Dong Nai).

In addition, we cannot fail to mention the quality referee team of Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation such as referee Le Tuan Kiet and referee Nguyen Anh Vu who also directly officiate important matches.

The presence of this team of objective and professional referees has contributed to creating an exciting final round, where the workers and civil servants can confidently devote themselves to the country.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , and Vietnam Football Federation for the third consecutive year.

Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports , improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.

This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.

The final round of the Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament 2025 took place from October 31 to November 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of 16 teams that had successfully passed the qualifying round.
