Live SEA Games 33 Opening Ceremony: The Origin of Southeast Asian Sports

(NLDO) - On the evening of December 9, the opening ceremony of the 33rd SEA Games took place at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, opening the 12 days of official competition of the games.

Unlike the indifferent and boring attitude of the Thai people in recent days towards the top regional sporting event returning to the Land of Golden Pagodas for the first time in 18 years, Bangkok on the evening of December 9 was filled with the festive atmosphere of the 33rd SEA Games, especially on all roads leading to Rajamangala National Stadium.

The art program of the opening ceremony of SEA Games 33 includes 5 chapters:

The first chapter will take the audience "back in time" to the origins of the SEA Games, when Thailand hosted the first SEAP Games in 1959, also in Bangkok. The host country wanted to ignite the passion for sports in the audience.

Chapter two shows strength and fighting spirit through various performance techniques, music , sports and lighting. The friendship and solidarity of the 11 ASEAN countries will be clearly revealed in these performances.

Chapter three is set to be dedicated to BamBam, with a special performance. The 28-year-old singer and rapper is the pride of Thailand, with over 18 million followers on Instagram.

Chapter four brings together many world- famous Thai people, from athletes to beauty queens, artists, stars, singers, musicians and musicians. Each person will have their own time and space to show their talents.
