285th Regiment held a sports event for the firepower battalion combat crew

During two days (December 1 and 2), at Battalion 72, Regiment 285, Division 363, the Air Defense - Air Force organized a sports competition for firepower battalion combat crews to end training in 2025. Attending, directing and monitoring the sports competition were leaders, commanders and heads of agencies of Division 363. Participating in the sports competition were 3 firepower battalion combat crews (Battalion 71, Battalion 72 and Battalion 73).

In the practical part, the combat crews coordinated to fight the enemy's air fire attack according to the exercises of the Jury; retrieved and deployed the missile launcher, disassembled and loaded ammunition with a moving vehicle (during the day); prepared the launcher for combat; balanced and oriented the control station; operated the use of direction tables, compasses, binoculars, read maps; made and reported the Battalion Commander's combat plan, combat crew training exercises of the Company 1 Commander; the Battalion Political Commissar chaired the Party Committee meeting to approve the Battalion Commander's combat plan, made and reported the Party work plan, political work...

After two days of organization, the 2025 training completion firepower battalion combat team sports competition of Regiment 285 was a great success, achieving the set goals and requirements.

Coordinate combat crews to fight enemy air attacks.

Speaking at the sports festival, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Commander of Regiment 285, congratulated the combat teams participating in the sports festival for their efforts to overcome difficulties, promote solidarity, apply learned knowledge and practical experience to complete the sports festival contents with good results.

To improve the quality of training and combat readiness of firepower battalions in the coming time, the Commander of Regiment 285 requested that the regimental agencies organize experience sharing to unify the direction and guidance of units on training and combat readiness in accordance with the motto "Basic, practical, solid, safe, economical"; continue to research, adjust, and supplement training content and programs, improve the quality of direction, innovate methods and forms of organizing sports training, improve qualifications, combat readiness, airspace management, and meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

At the end of the sports festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Battalion 71; the second prize to Battalion 72 and the third prize to Battalion 73; and also awarded prizes to groups and individuals with good achievements in participating in the sports festival.
