At the conference, the 29th Information Regiment and the two communes of Bau Can and Ia Bang signed a twinning agreement. According to the minutes of the signing, the 29th Information Regiment and Bau Can and Ia Bang communes will coordinate in building the political system; building safe units associated with safe areas; building cultural regiments and cultural residential areas.
