
Ba Chuc Commune Administrative Service Center handles administrative procedures for people.
Specifically, in October 2025, the center received 1,052 administrative procedure files. Of which, 1,044 files were processed on time, reaching a rate of 100%; 6 files are being processed and 2 files have been canceled according to regulations.
With a total score of 92.12, Ba Chuc Commune Public Administration Service Center was ranked excellent among 55 units, tied for first place with Vinh Xuong Commune People's Committee in administrative procedure settlement, ranked in the "top" of 102 communes, wards and special zones in the whole An Giang province.
Ba Chuc Commune Public Administration Service Center has 11 officers, civil servants and employees. Since implementing the 2-level local government, to ensure all public services operate smoothly, Ba Chuc Commune has invested in a synchronous Internet and LAN network system; equipped with a public service Kiosk system to look up and receive administrative procedures of individuals and businesses.
In addition, the Commune People's Committee also deployed a consulting point to support people in performing administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal in 14 hamlets in the commune. Administrative procedures are handled at the center, including: Issuing copies of household registration extracts (birth, death, marriage), certifying copies from originals, certifying signatures in documents, papers, and determining non- agricultural land.
