The Central Center for Health Education and Communication conducts direct training on "Health education consultation" for health officials in Cao Bang, Lai Chau, Son La, and Lang Son provinces.

For 2 days, from November 13-14, 2025, at Muong Thanh Hotel, Cao Bang province, the Central Center for Health Education and Communication (CHE) organized a training course on "Direct health education consultation" for 52 trainees who are health officials of 4 provinces: Cao Bang, Lai Chau, Son La, Lang Son.

At the training class , the trainees were taught and provided with knowledge by MSc. Dr. Ly Thu Hien, Head of Health Education Department, Central Center for Health Education and Communication: Overview of health education counseling , communication skills in direct health education and communication counseling; Some concepts of health education and communication and direct health education counseling. Presenting the purpose, principles, and things to prepare before conducting health education and communication. Basic skills applied in health education counseling: basic communication skills , skills in using communication materials , modeling skills, role-playing in counseling in direct health education and communication... The students discussed and practiced direct health education counseling based on hypothetical situations, communication skills, and the use of health education communication materials .

Through the training course, the trainees were equipped with basic knowledge and skills in health education counseling to help them perform well their work at their work units, contributing to the good implementation of communication and health education counseling work in the locality in the coming time.
