Efforts in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In previous years, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, many households lacked food. As the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the Thạnh Trung Hamlet Management Board, Ms. Lan mobilized lottery ticket agents in the area to provide vegetables and fruits to the people, totaling over 100 million VND; she also organized a volunteer team to help farmers harvest their produce; and she set up a "zero-cost" stall in front of the former Thạnh Tây Commune People's Committee office to serve the people.

As a village health collaborator, from 2020 to the present, Ms. Lan has coordinated with relevant units to organize 4 community health check-up sessions, providing free medicine to more than 230 people. The focus was on priority groups such as the elderly, pregnant women, and children.
In her work with vaccinations, she effectively promoted the expanded immunization program, achieving 100% of the annual targets. Particularly during the peak period of the Covid-19 pandemic, she excelled in promoting vaccination.
From May 2021 to the present, she has been elected by the people as a representative of the People's Council of Thanh Tay commune (formerly), demonstrating a sense of responsibility in discussions and questioning; proposing practical opinions related to health, education, rural transportation infrastructure, environmental protection, etc., contributing to the sustainable socio-economic development of the locality.
In her supervisory role, she actively monitored the implementation of National Target Programs, particularly those related to clean water supply, rural lighting systems, and social welfare policies, contributing to improving the quality of life for people in rural and border areas.
Acting as a bridge between the government and the people, Ms. Bui Thi Lan also coordinated with the commune's Poverty Reduction Committee to support the repair of one house and the construction of two new solidarity houses with a total value of approximately 220 million VND, helping disadvantaged families have stable housing and feel secure in their work and production.

In 2024, Ms. Lan advised the Secretary of the Thạnh Trung Hamlet Party Branch to organize 5 thematic meetings on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's example, attracting over 93 active Party members and more than 170 people from the community to participate in the meetings and share stories about Ho Chi Minh's moral example.
Actively study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.
Recognizing that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style is a continuous task and guiding principle in leadership, local management, and serving the people, throughout her career, Ms. Bui Thi Lan has always strived to concretize this into specific tasks, linking it with patriotic emulation movements in residential areas, aiming to create strong changes in awareness and actions within the community.
She advised the Party branch and coordinated with mass organizations in disseminating and implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, integrating the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style into group meetings, public address systems, and cultural and artistic activities. From there, the values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and ethics spread widely among households.
In 2024, Ms. Bui Thi Lan organized 6 community group meetings, sharing stories about President Ho Chi Minh, attracting over 240 participants. Through these meetings, the Party branch commended 5 Party members, 12 individuals, and 4 exemplary groups for their "Good deeds and exemplary actions in learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh"; and effectively maintained the "Self-governing security and order group" model.

Since 2024, Ms. Lan has also worked as a childcare collaborator in the hamlet. She collaborates with various associations, committees, and organizations in the commune to organize many activities such as summer camps, Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, and International Children's Day; she also mobilizes support for scholarships for 14 underprivileged students and donates bicycles and school supplies.
In addition, Ms. Lan actively participates in and organizes awareness campaigns on preventing child abuse, injuries, and drowning, contributing to raising awareness and skills in protecting children in the community.

Ms. Bui Thi Lan shared: “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style is not a one-time thing, but a lifelong journey of self-improvement. For the movement to spread strongly, effectively, and genuinely, every cadre and Party member must always take Uncle Ho as a shining example to act and contribute. This transformation in thinking and action will contribute to building a more prosperous, civilized, and sustainably developed homeland in the era of reform and integration.”
With the above achievements, Ms. Lan has been awarded Certificates of Commendation by the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province three times (in 2020, 2023, and 2024). In 2025, Ms. Lan was awarded a Certificate of Commendation by the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for achieving the standard of "Outstanding performance of duties" for five consecutive years (2020-2024); and received a Certificate of Commendation from the Prime Minister for outstanding achievements in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh. In the final days of 2025, Ms. Lan had the honor of participating in the "Ho Chi Minh - Journey of Aspiration 2025" program in Hanoi. This program, organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, honors outstanding individuals nationwide. |
