According to the cooperation agreement signed between the two units, Quang Nam College and Manh Toan Phat Human Resources Supply and Trading Service Joint Stock Company will cooperate in the field of organizing and introducing students who are studying and those who have completed the course and have the need to do internships to experience practical work at manufacturing and business enterprises in the right field of training with a good working environment.

At the same time, workers will receive appropriate internship support depending on their abilities and job positions. The company organizes and introduces students to participate in internships, practice, and practical training at businesses with good conditions, job positions with practical experience suitable for their majors, and income as support.

Quang Nam College annually develops an organization plan and informs second-year and final-year students about labor recruitment cooperation contents; creates favorable conditions regarding procedures, documents, and time for students who wish to participate in the program.

Manh Toan Phat Human Resources Supply Service and Trading Joint Stock Company organizes and connects to provide information on human resource needs to students, supports legal procedures, and financial procedures for students registering to participate in the program. The cooperation agreement signed between the two units is valid for 5 years (2025 - 2030), after which it will continue to be implemented depending on the actual situation.
