Hanoi College of Tourism talks about the policy for students participating in A80

(NLDO)- Hanoi College of Tourism said that through the review meeting, the school has not discovered any violations in implementing policies for students participating in the A80 event.

On December 2, Hanoi College of Tourism announced that it had just issued a press release explaining the compensation regime for students participating in the school's A80 program.

The announcement stated that in response to questions from students and feedback from a number of press agencies and social media channels, Hanoi College of Tourism held a meeting with specialized departments and divisions to review the contents related to feedback from a number of students on the payment of allowances for the A80 event. Through the review meeting, the School has not discovered any violations in implementing the allowances for students participating in the A80 event.

On December 1, Hanoi College of Tourism held a public dialogue with students to answer all questions related to the training regime and payment for the force participating in the Art Puzzle Block at the A80 event.

At the dialogue session, the school's Principal directly and frankly discussed and specifically answered each issue that students were concerned about, and at the same time provided all relevant documents in the spirit of openness and transparency - putting students' interests first in all school activities.

Regarding the allowance regime for students participating in serving the A80 event: Pursuant to Decision No. 3592/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 9, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on approving the adjustment of funding for the task of mobilizing and organizing forces to participate in the Artistic Formation Block at the Ceremony, Parade, and March of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the specific expenditure levels are: 17 practice sessions: VND 60,000/session; 3 preliminary and final rehearsal sessions: VND 180,000/session; 2 official sessions: VND 200,000/session (evening of September 1 and morning of September 2, 2025). Total compensation for 1 student: 1,960,000 VND.

During the training period, the school advanced the meal expenses for the participating students: 11 days, 40,000 VND per day (1 main meal + 1 snack). Total meal expenses: 440,000 VND/student. Meal expenses are deducted from the allowance for students participating in the A80 event according to regulations. Thus, the actual amount a student receives after deducting the meal expenses: 1,960,000 VND - 440,000 VND = 1,520,000 VND.

The school will make payments in 2 installments. Installment 1: Students receive the approval - rehearsal - performance fees (total 940,000 VND). Installment 2: Students receive the remaining 580,000 VND and the A80 Participation Certificate at the honoring ceremony held on December 5, 2025.

Hanoi College of Tourism affirms that it always appreciates the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and efforts of students in participating in the A80 event, a particularly important political task.

The school is committed to always putting the interests of students first, ensuring full compliance with regulations. If any violations are discovered during the implementation process, the school will strictly handle them in accordance with the provisions of the law.
