On the morning of November 28, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (under Ho Chi Minh City National University) held the November 2025 graduation ceremony and honored graduates with outstanding achievements.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Phong, Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, congratulated the new engineers on receiving their diplomas. According to Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Phong, to receive this honor, the students had gone through a difficult learning journey at the school with many difficult subjects that required effort, determination, capacity and enthusiasm.

It is known that in this graduation session of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, there are many excellent students with high achievements. That is the new engineer Luong Quoc Dat who graduated with excellent achievements. This is also the new engineer who graduated with a double degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and ENSEEIHT - Toulouse INP (France). Also graduating with a double degree is the new engineer Nguyen Manh Duc from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and ESISAR - Grenoble INP (France). The Double Degree Scholarship Program - Eiffel Scholarship is one of the most prestigious scholarship programs granted by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development for students with outstanding academic achievements at many universities and must pass an independent interview by French professors.
Equally outstanding is the new engineer Le Thanh Tai, who has just graduated with honors in Materials and Energy from the Vietnam-France High Quality Engineering Program, and was awarded the All-Around Cup and a gold medal. With his excellent academic achievements, Le Thanh Tai received a doctoral scholarship in France. Before that, this male student had traveled through 8 Asian and European countries for exchange and research. Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the new engineer Le Thanh Tai said: " Throughout my journey of studying and growing up, I always keep in mind the love and silent sacrifice of my parents. I learned the value of effort, of gratitude and of the belief that, if I do not stop trying, circumstances cannot limit my dreams." In addition, Le Thanh Tai did not forget to express his deep gratitude to the teachers who have accompanied me throughout my years at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
