Truong Son: Landslide causes large rock to roll down the West branch of Ho Chi Minh road

QTO - On November 12, information from the People's Committee of Truong Son commune said that at around 10:00 p.m. on November 11, a rock slide occurred on the West branch of Ho Chi Minh Highway, passing through Hong Son village, Truong Son commune.

The landslide caused a large rock to roll down the mountain onto the West branch of Ho Chi Minh Highway, affecting traffic on the route. The area where the rockfall occurred is located near the residential area of ​​Hong Son village. Fortunately, at the time of the landslide, there were no people passing by, so there were no casualties.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune People's Committee, Commune Police and the road management unit set up barriers and posted warning signs to ensure the safety of people and vehicles traveling on the road. Currently, the authorities are implementing a plan to remove the rock to ensure traffic safety.
