Hoang Hoa High School was established in 2010, the investor is Thanh Lich Company Limited. This is the first private school established on the coastal land of Hoang Hoa district in the past, creating conditions for mass education , giving learning opportunities to high school students.
In the early days of its establishment, the school had 6 classes with 280 students; the staff and teachers were experienced and prestigious; the infrastructure system was invested in. Thanks to that careful preparation, the school's first graduating class achieved a graduation rate of nearly 100%.

In the 2014-2015 school year, Thanh Lich Company Limited continued to invest in building the school's second facility with an area of nearly 10,000m2 .

Up to now, Hoang Hoa High School has grown strongly with a training scale of nearly 1,200 students each year. The school currently has 36 teachers and staff; 100% of teachers and staff meet or exceed standards.
The school's educational quality is improving day by day in both general and key quality. The number of students passing the high school graduation exam is high, reaching 100% in 2025. The average score for many years ranks 5th among 10 non-public schools in the province. The number of students passing the university entrance exam each year is higher than the previous year.
In 15 years of construction and development, nearly 3,000 students have grown up, many of whom have achieved success, contributing their strength and intelligence to the overall development of their homeland and country. The school has been honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Education and Training , the Provincial People's Committee and many other awards.
