On June 4, Tra Vinh City Police, Tra Vinh Province, are continuing to verify and clarify the case of a young man blocking the road and breaking the windshield of an ambulance moving on the road in Tra Vinh City.

Initial verification results show that the incident occurred on the evening of May 31, when an ambulance transported a patient from Cho Ray Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, to Thien An Hospital, Tra Vinh City, for further treatment.
At the time the ambulance driver was driving, there were two young men on a motorbike in front of him so he honked his horn. However, the two did not yield. The driver drove past, and the group of young men chased him to a section near Tra Vinh General Hospital.
At this time, a young man blocked the car and threw bricks and rocks at the ambulance and then ran away.
The incident was recorded by camera and spread on social media, causing public outrage. Police quickly launched an investigation.
The ambulance was damaged in many parts such as the front windshield, windshield, rearview mirror, trunk...
The young man suspected of blocking the road and smashing the ambulance's window is HQD (25 years old, living in Ward 9, Tra Vinh City). After the incident, this young man left the area.
Police are focusing on verifying and mobilizing the family as well as the above-mentioned suspect to return to their locality to cooperate with the investigation.
