From the border regions and islands, we look forward to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

As the colors of spring begin to appear at the "steel fortresses" of DK1, in the Truong Sa Special Zone, or in the southernmost tip of Ca Mau, the heartbeats of the soldiers on the front lines beat in unison with the great national celebration. These steadfast soldiers, who never leave their weapons to guard the sacred skies and seas of the Fatherland, have expressed the feelings and faith of the military and the people towards the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam – a momentous political event for the nation.
