Mr. Nguyen Thien Tai, owner of Vietlott lottery ticket sales point, has been in the profession for 7 years.

At 134 Truong Thi, Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province, the Vietlott lottery ticket sales point of Mr. Nguyen Thien Tai (38 years old) is one of the stores known to local customers, after issuing a Jackpot 1 - Power 6/55 winning ticket worth more than 42 billion VND in 2023.

After 7 years of operation, this point of sale has maintained a stable number of customers, with a location in the central area, convenient for travel and transactions. According to the store owner, the average revenue ranges from 15 to 20 million VND per day and is among the points of sale with good business results in Thanh Hoa.

The store's main products include Power 6/55, Mega 6/45 and Keno. Recently, when Vietlott launched the Lotto 5/35 product, this point of sale also put the product into business. Mr. Nguyen Thien Tai said that Lotto 5/35 received the attention of local customers immediately after its launch.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Tai said that in addition to ensuring the ticket issuance is in accordance with the correct procedure, the store focuses on service and consulting so that customers have a clear understanding of product information. According to him, the key factor is to create a sense of trust and comfort during the transaction process.

Mr. Tai said that since opening the store, he chose a location with high traffic density for the convenience of customers. The busiest time is usually between 4pm and 6pm, especially when the Jackpot value increases.

The point of sale is always bustling with customers coming and going, especially the elderly who need a place for entertainment and relaxation.

Recalling the time when the store issued the Jackpot winning ticket worth over 42 billion VND, Mr. Tai said that upon receiving the confirmation, the number of customers coming to the store increased significantly. Besides business activities, some regular customers also commented positively on the friendliness of the store owner. Mr. Tran Hung (75 years old) said that he often visited the store with his friends to both entertain and chat. He commented that the space here creates a comfortable feeling.
