This is a recognition of the capital's efforts in applying technology and developing a safe, modern and sustainable digital city.
Within the framework of ASOCIO 2025, the Asia -Pacific computing industry organization, Vietnam won a total of 11 awards.
In particular, the award in the "Digital Government" category was given to the Hanoi People's Committee - represented through TRAMOC - as a testament to the important step forward in building digital government and smart cities of the Capital.

Representative of Hanoi People's Committee received the award.
Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao - Deputy Director of TRAMOC - shared: "We believe that digital transformation is not just a story about technology, but a journey to create the future - where every data, every application serves the goal of improving people's quality of life."
ASOCIO highly appreciates the effective impact of digital solutions that Hanoi has implemented - not only in terms of technology but also in improving management efficiency and serving people.
However, experts see the award as a first step, not the final destination. The big challenge for Hanoi now is to ensure that people truly feel the benefits of digital government and smart cities, rather than just the brand.
With a clear orientation, Hanoi aims in the coming period to not only expand technology infrastructure but also increase the participation of people and businesses and improve data analysis capacity to achieve better and more transparent governance goals.
