From August 25: Sun World Ba Na Hills launches world-class 3D mapping show

ANTD.VN - After a testing period and receiving extremely positive feedback from the audience, it is expected that from August 25, the famous tourist area of Da Nang Sun World Ba Na Hills will officially launch a surreal 3D mapping show at the Sun Castle.

According to information from Sun World Ba Na Hills, the 3D mapping light show project was first deployed at the tourist area on the top of Chua Mountain with modern technology considered the leading in the region. After a trial period, the tourist area is expected to be officially put into operation on August 25 , with 2 shows per day at 6:50 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. at the Sun Castle to enhance the night experience for visitors to Ba Na Hills. Compared to the trial period, this 3D mapping project will be completely upgraded in terms of content, images and especially lighting, promising to create more satisfying visual effects and wonderful emotions for visitors.

According to Mr. Adrian GS Goh, founder and CEO of Hexogon Solution Group, the partner in charge of installing and operating the 3D mapping light projection project at Ba Na Hills, this is a large-scale 3D mapping project with the best lighting and image quality ever seen in Vietnam with more than 40 4K projectors, 30,000 lumens (unit of light measurement) used.

The system provides a resolution of more than 8K quality, combined with a high-power laser system, surround sound, lighting and holographic projection effects along with a multimedia projection map performance, promising to bring visitors a surreal, vivid and emotional 3D projection. Hexogon Solution is also a familiar partner of some of the world's leading entertainment brands, and has also implemented many other international projects in Japan, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan...

At Sun World Ba Na Hills, this projection project is implemented to match the brand and image of Ba Na Hills – a destination known as a fairyland. Accordingly, Sun World Ba Na Hills will tell the story of the fairy world on top of Ba Na, the home of giants and their descendants, about the kingdom of the moon, the kingdom of the sun and the fairy world.

Admiring the 3D mapping show in the shimmering, magical space of Ba Na at night, visitors have the opportunity to get lost in the colorful, magical fairy world. Each small ray of light contributes to creating a vivid scene in the fascinating and thrilling story told on the castle walls. With the language of top-notch light shows, captivating sounds combined with magnificent laser lights illuminating the Sun Castle, the 3D mapping show project will bring visitors a particularly interesting Ba Na night experience.

Compared to the trial period, this 3D mapping show has upgraded its visual effects, replacing the shimmering, magical, and peaceful images of the Moon Kingdom and the Sun Kingdom with extremely vivid images expressed through dramatic smoke and fire, the castle shapes constantly changing dramatically, while enjoying the mysterious space inside the castle. All create a lively, joyful, and beautiful fairy tale world. The comprehensive upgrade in content, images, and effects has contributed to raising the 3D mapping show to a new level, making the audience feel like they are enjoying a vivid, dramatic movie.

Lasting until September 15, this 3D mapping show is considered the most unique experience, contributing to increasing the attraction of the Ba Na By Night party package promotion program. Currently, the Ba Na By Night combo of the tourist area is being served every day of the week until September 30. Starting from October 1 to December 31, 2023, the program is only deployed to serve tourists on weekends (from Friday to Sunday).
