Direct consultation: Diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease

On the occasion of World Parkinson's Day (April 11 every year), Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in collaboration with Medtronic Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Pharmacity Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company organized a direct consultation program on the topic "Diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease" with the aim of helping the community recognize, prevent and understand the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Topics to be discussed at the program include: notes related to Parkinson's medications; recognition and treatment of motor complications due to Levodopa; nutrition for Parkinson's patients; non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's patients; updates on deep brain stimulation surgery for Parkinson's patients.

Time: 7:30 - 11:30 Saturday, April 5.

Location: Hall 3A, 3rd floor, area A, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City (215 Hong Bang, Ward 11, District 5).

The program was simultaneously broadcast live on the fanpage and YouTube of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.
