The Casa Italia Wine Festival 2025 takes place from 10am to 10pm on November 22 at Casa Italia (18 Le Phung Hieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi), in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), with the support of the Italian Embassy in Hanoi, the Italian Trade Promotion Agency (ITA) in Vietnam and OpportunItaly. The event offers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of premium wines, learn about wine culture and discover the perfect combination of wine and Italian cuisine right in the heart of Hanoi.

The open house event offers the public the opportunity to enjoy and explore a wide range of Italian wines, from traditional flavors to modern products, while learning about the production process and the unique Italian wine culture. The event combines many exciting activities such as minigames, exhibitions from importers, and vibrant music to bring an unforgettable experience of flavor and community connection.
The 2025 Italian Gastronomy Week, themed “Italian Gastronomy: Health, Culture and Innovation”, reflects the intersection between tradition, creativity and modern technology, while emphasizing the role of innovation and sustainability in gastronomy. In this spirit, the two previous activities of the Week have also celebrated the most iconic symbols of Italian cuisine.
Flour and bread are introduced through the workshop “From Grain to Oven: The Art of Italian Bread Making”, which offers the experience of making Italian breads such as focaccia, pizza and panzerotti - where traditional techniques are combined with modern thinking, elevating classic products while conveying the spirit of creativity and sophistication in the art of Italian baking.

Aperitivo culture is celebrated through the event “The Art of Aperitivo - Italian Taste in Every Moment”, emphasizing the ritual of enjoyment as a refined symbol of the Italian lifestyle. Attendees experience classic cocktails combined with elegant finger food, where every moment of enjoyment becomes an opportunity to connect, share and enjoy life.

The series of activities has created a seamless cultural journey, harmoniously combining tradition, innovation and community engagement, providing a complete Italian culinary experience.
The 10th Italian Gastronomy Week in Vietnam is inspired by Italy's nomination of its cuisine to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List, recognizing how Italians transform simple, high-quality ingredients into culture, identity and shared joy.
