This annual cultural and culinary event offers Vietnamese people a vibrant journey to discover the flavors, traditions and lifestyle of Argentina, with a focus on its most iconic products — beef and wine.

In Argentina, beef is the soul of every asado—a traditional barbecue where the asador (griller) puts his skills to good use. Nothing brings people together like an asado with friends, good wine, and good laughter.
According to the Argentine Embassy, the event brought together importers, distributors, representatives of hotels, restaurants, cafes, along with wine experts, wine lovers, and representatives of agencies in Hanoi , creating a bridge of flavor and friendship between Argentina and Vietnam. Guests enjoyed premium Argentine beef, symbolizing the long-standing culinary heritage of this South American country.
These carefully selected cuts reflect traditional farming methods on the Pampas grasslands, which produce beef renowned for its natural sweetness, tenderness and rich flavor. Argentina is known to be among the top 5–6 largest beef exporters in the world, with an output of 700,000 to 900,000 tonnes per year, accounting for about 4% of the total value of global beef exports.

From Mendoza to Patagonia, wine and fire tell the story of a country where beef is tradition, wine is emotion, and where food and friendship have become a way of life.
Argentina is also a world leader in pasture-based dairy farming, producing over 10 billion liters of milk per year. Argentine cheese and butter, known for their natural richness and balanced flavor, are a perfect match for the country’s beef and wine. Argentina is also the birthplace of yerba mate tea — an iconic South American beverage that reflects Argentina’s respect for nature, tradition, and rustic, pure beauty.
At the event, typical Argentine cheeses and yerba mate tea were also introduced, contributing to enriching the capital's people's experience of Argentina's diverse and distinctive culinary culture.
