The Dinh Cong Ward Cultural Week spreads an atmosphere of anticipation for the 14th Party Congress.

On the evening of January 19th, Dinh Cong ward organized an art program to launch the Cultural Week "Welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party," inaugurate the Binh Ngo 2026 Spring Flower Fair, and promote the implementation and resolution of 5 urban bottlenecks in the ward.

The fair is held at the end of alley 282 Kim Giang and Nghiêm Xuân Yêm street, featuring nearly 100 stalls with many attractive traditional craft products and regional specialties, perfect for the upcoming Tet holiday.

In his opening remarks, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward, Nguyen Tuan Anh, emphasized that the Cultural Week was organized in the atmosphere of the whole country looking forward to the 14th National Congress of the Party. This is a significant political and cultural activity, contributing to the widespread dissemination of information about the Congress, while creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere among the people in the early days of 2026.

Organizing the Cultural Week, inaugurating the Spring Flower Fair, and promoting the key tasks of the locality are practical activities aimed at concretizing the propaganda content of the Congress.

The Dinh Cong Ward Cultural Week will take place from January 19th to 25th, 2026, with many cultural and artistic activities organized synchronously from the ward level to residential areas and neighborhood groups. The highlight of the series of activities is the "Songs Dedicated to the Party" arts festival, scheduled for January 25th, 2026, contributing to a high level of emulation to celebrate the success of the Party Congress.

During the Cultural Week, the Spring Flower Fair of the Year of the Horse 2026 was a particularly significant event, being held for the first time in the ward since the implementation of the two-tiered local government model. The fair was organized on a large scale, meeting the needs of the people for sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment during the traditional Tet holiday.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh also emphasized that Dinh Cong ward is determined to address the five major urban bottlenecks currently facing the area: traffic congestion; flooding; urban order; environmental pollution; and food safety. The entire political system of the ward will unite and focus on removing these "bottlenecks," accelerating the progress of infrastructure projects, improving the efficiency of digital transformation, tightening management discipline, and using people's satisfaction as a measure of the government's performance.
