Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City, is one of the places most severely affected by the recent flood. With the spirit of volunteering for the community, the youth of Phan Dinh Phung Ward traveled more than 1,400km to bring nearly 15 tons of essential goods with a total value of more than 800 million VND to the people of Phu Xuan Ward.
Starting from the spirit of sharing and the desire to contribute to the community, the journey to support the people of Phu Xuan ward after the flood left many emotions in each member of the group.
Mr. Doan Quang Dung, Secretary of the Phan Dinh Phung Ward Youth Union: We have just experienced historic floods, so when we see the difficulties of the people of Phu Xuan, we just wish we could arrive faster and do more.
Those sincere words not only encapsulate the collective's enthusiasm but are also a vivid demonstration of the vanguard spirit, volunteerism and community responsibility of the youth of Phan Dinh Phung ward. The trip not only helps the members of the group better understand the challenges that the locality is facing, but also strengthens in each member the spirit that wherever there is a need, there is youth, wherever there is difficulty, there is youth.
Together with Phan Dinh Phung ward delegation, Van Xuan ward youth united to turn towards the Central region, towards the flood-hit area of Hue city. With the spirit of sharing and strong sense of community, Van Xuan ward youth union members joined hands to support people in the flood-hit area, bringing along practical gifts.
The activity not only helps share difficulties with Hue people after natural disasters, but also spreads the spirit of mutual love, affirming the pioneering role of youth when the community needs it most.
Activities towards the Central region have been and are being implemented by many youth organizations in the province in many diverse and practical forms. From trucks carrying necessities, emergency aid gifts to fundraising programs, mobilizing resources in the community, all share the same heart towards the people in the flood-affected areas.
These efforts not only have material significance but are also a strong source of spiritual encouragement, with the hope of adding strength and confidence to help the people of the Central region soon stabilize their lives.

The youth's spirit of volunteering for the community is demonstrated regularly, anytime, anywhere. During the flood in October 2025, more than 100 youth volunteer teams with nearly 35,000 members participated in relief work, evacuating people from dangerous areas, supporting the construction of temporary tents, transporting goods, cooking nearly 15,000 free meals and providing supplies to isolated areas.
After the flood receded, nearly 38,000 members continued to clean up the environment, repair houses and public works, clear waterways and help overcome damage. In addition, propaganda, information orientation and resource mobilization were deployed synchronously, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual love in the community.
With all their love and responsibility, Thai Nguyen youth have been and are turning to the Central region with practical actions. Each gift, each trip, each sharing hand shows the spirit of volunteerism and mutual love of union members and youths, contributing to helping people in flood-affected areas overcome the current difficulties, spreading faith, warmth and solidarity in the community.
