Youth pioneers in building and developing the country

The highlight of the Festival was the art performance with the participation of nearly 5,000 union members and young people. With the theme "Vietnamese youth firmly step under the Party's flag - Pioneers entering the new era", the performance not only demonstrated a grand scale but also clearly depicted the spirit of solidarity, youthfulness and pride of today's youth generation. Each formation moved regularly and gracefully like a source of strength connecting the three regions of the country; the brilliant colors blended together, creating a vivid picture of the will, aspiration and pioneering spirit of Vietnamese youth in the new era.

Within the framework of the Festival, many activities took place simultaneously, clearly reflecting the spirit of creativity and responsibility for the community of the youth. Typically, the "Creative Youth" experience space displayed technological products and creative models of young students; volunteer projects aiming at sustainable social values; an experience area for children with scientific practice activities to nurture creative thinking from an early age.

Sharing at the Festival, many young people and students said that this is an opportunity to expand their knowledge and connect with volunteer models of young people across the country. Le Pham Minh Khang, a student at the University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University, shared, "The Festival helps us learn more creative ideas and how to organize volunteer activities more systematically. This year's creative space also opens up many suggestions for me and my friends to develop community service projects." Meanwhile, Nguyen Thi Thuy Dung, a volunteer participating in the performance, said that by participating in a large-scale program, she clearly feels the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of young people in the new period.

On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 50 outstanding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and contributions to volunteer activities nationwide in 2025. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 20 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies so that they can continue to strive and be confident in their studies and training.

After the opening ceremony, the main stage of the Festival held a talk show entitled “Improving the capacity to coordinate volunteer activities of Youth Unions and Associations” attracting the participation of Youth Union and Association officials, clubs and volunteer teams from many localities. At the talk show, experts, youth and students focused on discussing project management skills, methods of connecting and coordinating volunteers and building a sustainable social security model.

Besides, the "Volunteer Dance" competition also took place enthusiastically, creating a youthful art playground, strengthening the connection between volunteer teams and spreading the message of humanity and dedication of the youth.
