The program was attended by comrade Dang Huy Cuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Youth Union, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Corporation, Secretary of the Youth Union of VIMC ; comrade Vu Thi Mai Dinh - Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Youth Union; together with representatives of the Youth Union units under VIMC, the staff, teachers and students of Sin Ho Secondary School.
With the goal of supporting students in mountainous areas to have better access to digital knowledge, the VIMC Youth Union has donated the youth project “Computer room for children”, including 16 new, synchronized computers. The computer room is expected to be a learning space, helping students get acquainted with information technology, the internet and basic digital skills, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning at the school.
In addition, VIMC Youth Union also presented 30 gifts to students in difficult circumstances, to encourage and motivate them to make more efforts in studying and training.
The program demonstrates the concern and responsibility of VIMC youth towards the community, especially students in disadvantaged areas, thereby contributing to supporting the young generation to have more conditions to study and develop comprehensively. VIMC Youth Union hopes that students of Sin Ho Secondary School will effectively use the computer room, constantly practice and study well to expand their knowledge and opportunities in the future.
