Recruiting 829 positions, Chairman of Nghe An warns to strictly handle recruitment interference

The Chairman of Nghe An province requested that no interference be allowed in teacher recruitment, affirming that inspections will be conducted and investigations will be conducted if any negative incidents arise.

On the morning of December 9, regarding the recruitment of 829 teachers for preschool, primary, secondary schools and school staff for the 2025-2026 school year, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province Vo Trong Hai requested that the recruitment process must be absolutely objective, public, transparent, and not allow anyone to influence or interfere.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai emphasized that to achieve the big goal, the key is the quality of the teaching staff. At the same time, he affirmed that during the recruitment process, if there are any complaints or petitions, the province will set up an inspection team and request the investigation agency to intervene to handle them strictly.

The Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs were assigned to establish a Recruitment Council and organize exams to select the right people with the right capacity to serve the long-term development of the industry.

Chairman Vo Trong Hai also requested to continue expanding training activities for students from other countries, considering this a sustainable cooperation direction, contributing to increasing Nghe An's educational position in the region.

According to the roadmap, by 2030, Nghe An province will complete universal preschool education for children from 3 to 5 years old and universal compulsory education up to the end of secondary school. English is oriented to become the second language in schools, along with the goal of improving technology capacity, artificial intelligence and foreign language skills for students.

By 2035, Nghe An strives to complete universal upper secondary education and maintain its top position in the country in terms of education quality, comprehensively modernizing vocational and university education.

The vision to 2045 identifies Nghe An as a national and international education and training center, providing high-quality human resources for the new development period.
