According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, from the beginning of the year to November 15, 2025, in the province, there were 34 projects approved in principle, granted investment certificates with a total capital of over 13,675 billion VND (including 3 FDI projects with a total capital of over 3,658 billion VND); 73 projects were adjusted; 11 projects were terminated (1 project was partially terminated). In total, the province had 803 projects approved in principle, granted investment registration certificates with a total registered capital of over 144,546 billion VND, of which 519 projects were completed and put into production and business with a total investment of over 57,171 billion VND.

In addition, the province issued new registration certificates to 677 enterprises (reaching 113.7% of the plan) with a registered capital of over VND 2,592 billion (up 12% over the same period); 190 enterprises resumed operations; 95 enterprises were dissolved, and 403 enterprises were temporarily suspended. Accumulated to November 15, 2025, the province had 6,214 enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 91,583 billion.

From now until the end of the year, the province will continue to improve the investment environment, effectively implement Resolution No. 138/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2025 of the Government and Action Program No. 06-CTr/TU dated August 11, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development in the new period. Promote support and guidance for businesses, organizations and individuals to submit applications online on the National Public Service Portal and receive results via public postal services.
