Tuyen Quang implements regulations on handling issues related to apparatus arrangement

Staff of the Organization Department, Departmentof Education and Training of the province studied Resolution No. 190/2025/QH15 regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the reorganization of the state apparatus.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the heads of departments, branches, and sectors, and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities to focus on organizing the full dissemination of the resolution's contents and develop specific plans for implementation in their agencies and localities. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop an implementation plan in the province before March 2, 2025.

Agencies and units are responsible for publicizing information according to the provisions of Resolution No. 190; carefully studying new functions and tasks to ensure timely reception, response and guidance of requests from organizations and individuals...

At the same time, continue to carry out tasks according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Document No. 626/UBND-NC dated February 18, 2025 on completing the arrangement of specialized agencies at the provincial and district levels. Regularly grasp the practical situation, promptly detect problems arising when arranging the state apparatus, and proactively handle issues within its authority.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to guide and urge the implementation of the resolution, summarize difficulties and propose solutions to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, direction of resolution or recommendation to competent authorities according to regulations.
