Propaganda, counseling, and career guidance for over 500 high school students

On November 8th, the Hoa An Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center, in collaboration with Hoa An High School, organized a career guidance and counseling program for 11th and 12th grade students.

Over 500 students and staff/teachers received knowledge about careers and vocational guidance; information on human resource forecasts and recruitment needs; the impact of social media and current new career trends; and advice and guidance on choosing a career and vocational training school that suits their needs and abilities. Simultaneously, discussions were held to answer students' questions regarding career choices and training schools.

This is a practical activity that helps students clearly understand the importance of career guidance education , identify their abilities and career interests. From there, they can build goals, carefully consider and choose fields, professions, and training methods that suit their abilities and circumstances, as well as meet the needs of the future labor market.
