Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to implement the strategy for sustainable development of education and training.

On December 1, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a Plan to implement Resolution No. 281 dated September 15, 2025 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71 dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 01 dated October 3, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the Strategy for sustainable development of education and training in Khanh Hoa province to 2035, with a vision to 2045.

The plan sets out specific contents and roadmaps to implement key tasks and solutions, including: Raising awareness, renewing thinking and actions, determining strong political determination to make breakthroughs in education and training development; strongly innovating institutions, creating unique and outstanding mechanisms and policies for education and training development; enhancing comprehensive education in ethics, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics, forming a system of values ​​for Vietnamese people in the new era; comprehensive digital transformation, popularizing and strongly applying digital technology and artificial intelligence in education and training. Along with that, focusing on building a team of teachers and standard school facilities, improving the quality of preschool and general education; reforming and modernizing vocational education, creating breakthroughs in developing human resources with high vocational skills; modernizing and improving university education, creating breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources and talents, leading research and innovation; Promote deep international cooperation and integration in education and training.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches and localities to develop, promulgate and organize the implementation of this plan. At the same time, review the programs and action plans to implement the Party's resolutions, the Government 's action programs, and the Provincial Party Committee's resolutions that have been issued and are still in effect related to education and training to adjust, synchronize and unify with the programs and action plans to implement the resolutions, to be completed in 2025.
