Radiant Opto - Electronics Vietnam Nghe An Factory Project with a total investment of 145 million USD on an area of about 0.7 hectares , is one of the typical FDI projects, demonstrating the Group's strategic confidence in the investment environment of Nghe An province. According to the granted Investment Registration Certificate, the progress of phase 1 and phase 2 of the production area will be put into operation in June 2026 (phase 3 is expected to be completed in June 2030); the progress of phase 4.1 of the worker and expert accommodation area will be put into operation in October 2025 (phase 4.2 is expected to be completed in October 2029).
Within just 22 months since receiving the first Investment Registration Certificate (December 21, 2023), the Group has put a part into operation (including: Phase 1, Phase 2 production area and Phase 4.1 worker and expert accommodation area).
The project, which aims to produce high-end electronic components such as backlight modules (BLU), light guide plates (LGP) and brightness enhancing films (BEF) , which are core components of TV screens, laptops, phones, cars and medical equipment, is completely in line with the province's strategic orientation: Prioritizing attracting projects with high technology content, environmental friendliness and efficient use of land and labor .
The project, when put into operation, not only creates economic value but also contributes to improving production technology levels, opening up high-quality job opportunities for local workers .

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vuong Duc Sieu - Chairman of Radiant Opto - Electronics Group said that the completion and preparation for operation of the Radiant Opto - Electronics Vietnam Nghe An Factory Project is the clearest proof of the Group's implementation capacity and determination when investing in Nghe An.
The factory project in Nghe An not only represents the expansion of the Group's production scope but also symbolizes the key strategies to enhance the sustainability of the global supply chain that the Group always aims for sustainable development.
Mr. Sieu shared that the Group has seen the great potential of Nghe An land with a very stable investment environment, always receiving great attention from the government. Thanks to the enthusiastic guidance and support of the government and local departments, branches and units, the Group has completed the project.

At the working session, as an infrastructure investor, Mr. Teng Wei Hong - General Director of VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd. shared about preferential policies and investment environment in Nghe An to Radiant Opto - Electronics Investor and partners. Nghe An has advantages in human resources, land fund, especially, the provincial government is speeding up and determined to deploy construction and completion of transport infrastructure such as seaports, airports... and other essential infrastructure such as worker accommodation areas, complexes, hotels, entertainment areas... VSIP Group has invested in Nghe An since 2015 and is always ready and enthusiastic to support investors to learn and invest in Nghe An.
Mr. Teng Wei Hong hopes that in the near future, many investors will join VSIP to build and contribute to making Nghe An an electronics production and precision manufacturing center of the North Central region of Vietnam.
