According to information from Russian war correspondents, after Ivanivska fell and the Russian army pushed shock units closer to Chasov Yar, Ukrainian units defending the town of Bogdanovka are fleeing to avoid the risk of being surrounded from behind.
Specifically, Ukrainian troops have retreated along the O0532 highway from Bogdanovka to more fortified defensive positions on the outskirts of Chasov Yar. Meanwhile, Russian troops are also putting pressure on the town of Krasnogorivka to create a pincer movement to encircle Ukrainian defense forces in the Donetsk region.
The fighting in Avdeevka has also progressed for the Russian side, as the offensive has reached the northern part of Berdychi, despite the position being defended by elite Ukrainian units. Fierce fighting is taking place in the town.

Ukrainian defense forces were deployed along the Berdychi - Semyonovka - Orlivka - Tonenke line west of Avdeevka, but the fall of the key villages of Tonenke and Orlivka west of Avdeevka rendered this defense line virtually ineffective.
In case the Avdeevka perimeter defense line collapses, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are strengthening their forces to prepare a new provisional defense line near Novobakhmutovka and Ocheretino. There have been numerous movements of Ukrainian troops and weapons to this area. This could help the AFU stabilize its formation before taking proactive counter-attacks.
Meanwhile, Strana.ua reported that many Ukrainian experts have assessed the time when the Russian Army could launch a large-scale attack. The head of the Mukachevo District State Administration (RSA) Sergei Gaidai said that the Russian Army has gathered enough resources and will soon launch a large-scale attack in the near future.
Sergei Gaidai declined to give a specific time frame because the media could leak Ukraine’s defense plans. “But this is in the near future, there is very little time before the Russians act,” he stressed.
He added that the Russian military is accumulating forces and means for offensive operations, while Ukraine is not receiving some modern weapons and air defense systems due to delays in approving military aid from the United States.
The New York Times reported that the Russian army is conducting an attack along the entire front line, from northern Ukraine to the southern regions, forcing the AFU to send reserve forces into the battle to avoid the risk of a breakdown.
Regarding the conflict, Verkhovna Rada Vice Chairman Dmitry Razumkov said that according to the new General Mobilization Law, Ukrainians can start receiving military service calls at the age of 18.
“If a person undergoes basic military training at the age of 18, he will receive a military specialty, be registered, and this will lead to the fact that the military recruiting agency can call this worker into the army,” Dmitry Razumkov said.
As part of the new mobilization law, Kiev also proposed exempting 30% of officials and 70% of police forces from frontline mobilization.

According to Strana.ua, young people in Ukraine are trying not to leave their homes in order to avoid being called up for military service and going to the front lines. According to draft dodgers, they want to “live their own lives” and not spend months or years at the front with the possibility of losing their lives at any moment.
On the morning of March 26, AFU continued to attack the territory of Belgorod region with rockets. According to information from the Russian Ministry of Defense , at least 2 rockets from the Grad rocket artillery system were shot down by the air defense system.
Earlier, Russian air defense systems also successfully intercepted 13 Vampire rockets in Belgorod. Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the night shelling in the region injured two people and damaged 20 private residential buildings and outbuildings.
