The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14-15 (150-183 km/hour), gusting over level 17. It is forecast that storm No. 9 will move in the West-Northwest direction, traveling about 15-20 km per hour. The Department of Education and Training of provinces and cities should develop plans to ensure the safety of students, teachers and education managers; prepare plans for online learning and postpone school schedules during complicated stormy days. At the same time, review, inspect and consolidate school facilities, especially at remote schools in remote areas, where there is a high risk of landslides or flooding. Move assets, machinery, equipment, desks, chairs, and records to safe places to minimize damage, loss, and loss.

Schools are ready to receive people to take shelter from storms and floods in schools when safety is ensured; promptly repair damages; clean and sanitize schools and classrooms immediately after storms and floods to ensure safety, cleanliness, and disease prevention.

The Departments of Education and Training continuously update information, summarize damages, report to the Provincial People's Committee for remediation, and at the same time report to the Ministry of Education and Training for synthesis and reporting to the Government./ .
