Propaganda, information and raising awareness about collective economy and cooperatives are the tasks of Party committees at all levels, authorities and the entire political system, in which the Cooperative Union system plays a core role.

The project emphasizes that propaganda and information work must contribute to the development of the market economy in both quantity and quality, ensuring harmony in all sectors, fields and localities; prioritizing the development of market economy organizations associated with the development of green economy , circular economy, knowledge economy, exploiting and promoting the potential and advantages of the province.

Through propaganda work, the Provincial Cooperative Union is increasingly strong, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of collective economic organizations, playing a core role in promoting collective economic development, acting as a bridge between the Party and the State with collective economic components, contributing to the socio-economic development of Dong Nai province.

The project also clearly states the goals for 2026, including: 70% of managers, members, and employees in cooperatives operating in the province will be informed and disseminated about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on collective economy development, cooperatives, and the Law on Cooperatives 2023; develop software (app) specifically for cooperatives and members (can be installed on mobile phones) to provide legal documents and policies on collective economy; organize 7 training courses to update knowledge to support collective economy and cooperative development for 500 provincial and commune-level collective economy managers; conduct 24 topics/articles, 3 documentary reports, and 2 seminars on collective economy and cooperatives on Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio, and Television...

In addition, the goal by 2030 is to strive to build and support 70% of cooperatives to achieve good and fair grades; 100% of officials doing propaganda and information work at all levels will be trained and updated with knowledge and professional skills in propaganda on collective economy and cooperatives...
